Please be advised that all class bookings and memberships are strictly non-refundable and nontransferable.<\/p>\n
\u2022 Cancellations made less than 12 hours prior to the scheduled class time will result in a lost class credit.
\n\u2022 Failure to attend a booked class (\u201cno-show\u201d) will also result in a lost class credit.
\n\u2022 If cancellation is made at least 12 hours before the scheduled class, the class credit may be
\ncarried forward and used for any future class, subject to availability.<\/p>\n
To ensure a smooth and uninterrupted experience for all participants, clients arriving more than 10 minutes after the class start time will not be permitted to join the session.
\nIn such cases:
\n\u2022 The class credit will be considered lost.
\n\u2022 No refunds, transfers, or rescheduling will be granted.<\/p>\n
By booking and attending classes, clients confirm that they are physically fit to participate. The studio is not responsible for any injury, loss, or aggravation of existing medical conditions that may occur before, during, or after participation in any class.<\/p>\n
The studio reserves the right to refuse entry or participation to any client whose attendance is deemed unsafe, inappropriate, or disruptive, or who fails to comply with studio policies.<\/p>\n
The studio reserves the right to modify class schedules, timings, and substitute instructors when necessary due to operational requirements, without prior notice.<\/p>\n
To maintain a respectful and comfortable environment:
\n\u2022 Clients must behave respectfully towards staff and other participants.
\n\u2022 Mobile phones must be kept on silent during classes.
\n\u2022 Appropriate workout attire must be worn at all times.<\/p>\n
All purchases, including class credits and memberships, are final. No refunds will be issued for unused classes, missed sessions, expired packages, or early termination of memberships.
